John Pasalis
John Pasalis is the president and broker of Realosophy. He is a frequent commentator on the Toronto housing market and real estate industry and has contributed to the Globe and Mail, CBC, Reuters, TVO's The Agenda, the National Post and Toronto Life magazine. A specialist in real estate data analysis, John has thirteen years of experience as a real estate portfolio manager and has been a real estate sales representative since 2005. John holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Toronto. When he isn't talking real estate, you can find him biking in the Valley or taking in some live music.
Urmi Desai
Urmi Desai drives Realosophy's business strategy and marketing. A former analyst at the Department of Finance (Ottawa) and Queen's Park (Toronto), she has lived and worked in New Delhi, Sao Paulo and Sydney (Australia). Urmi holds a B.A. in Political Science and English from the University of Toronto and an M.A. from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs (Trade Economics) at Carleton University. She collects books, enjoys culture and is inordinately fond of Jessica Fletcher.
Vincci Kumabe
Vincci is a Realosophy sales representative. Both her parents were agents so real estate
is in the blood! Vincci brings strong analytical and problem solving skills to her work.
Prior to Realosophy, she led operations at a telecommunications firm. Vincci holds a B. Math in
Operations Research and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
She is trying to grow edible vegetables in her city backyard.
Andrew Dybenko
Andrew is a sales representative with Realosophy. A real estate professional since 2007, Andrew studied Sport Administration and graduated with an Honours Degree in Business Administration from Laurentian University. Prior to Realosophy, Andrew was engaged in consulting and event management work for various government and not for profit organizations. When he's not helping his clients make excellent real estate decisions, you will find Andrew playing hockey on one of Toronto’s fantastic outdoor rinks in the winter and volleyball at Ashbridge's Bay in the summer. However, with a recent addition to the family, he is more frequently spotted behind a stroller.
Chris Lee
Chris is a Realosophy sales representative. Chris' primary focus is enhancing the buying and selling experience for his clients. Chris has over ten years of marketing experience in the financial services sector. He holds a Sociology degree from the University of Western Ontario and the Canadian Securities Course designation. When Chris isn't running around with his wife and kids, he enjoys golf, squash, softball and volleyball.
Kris Kasias
Kris delivers the technology solutions that power Realosophy.
He has over 15 years experience as an IT professional, primarily in the financial services sector.
He used to enjoy camping, but found that his wireless connection wouldn't stretch far enough.
He now spends his time agonizing about your user experience instead.
Rachel Loizos
Rachel provides ongoing legal counsel for Realosophy. Currently practicing in the area of real estate law, she is an associate lawyer at Sotos LLP in Toronto. Rachel holds a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto and a LL.B. from the University of Windsor. She loves gardening, photography and photographing her garden.
