John is the founder and broker of Realosophy. A specialist in real
estate data analysis, John has nine years of experience as a real estate
portfolio manager. Prior to building Realosophy, he enjoyed a five-year tenure
as a technology analyst. John holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of
Toronto. When he isn’t talking real estate, you can find him biking in the
Valley or taking in some live music. |

Deme is a Realosophy sales representative. A strong negotiator,
Deme focuses on realizing her clients’ goals. Prior to joining Realosophy, she
specialized in the financing of new real estate developments in the GTA, with a
focus on low-rise single family communities and high-rise condominiums. Deme
holds an M.B.A. in Real Property from the Schulich School of Business. |

Chris is a Realosophy sales representative. Chris’ primary focus
is enhancing the buying and selling experience for his clients. Chris has over
ten years of marketing experience in the financial services sector. He holds a
Degree in Sociology from the University of Western Ontario and the Canadian
Securities Course. When Chris isn’t running around with his wife and kids, he
enjoys golf, squash, softball and beach volleyball. |

Kris delivers the technology solutions that power Realosophy. He
has over 15 years experience as an IT professional, primarily in the financial
services sector. He used to enjoy camping, but found that his wireless
connection wouldn't stretch far enough. He now spends his time agonizing about
your user experience instead. |

Urmi is Realosophy’s copy and communications editor and is editor
of the Move Smartly blog. Urmi holds a B.A. in Political Science and English
from the University of Toronto and an M.A. from the Norman Paterson School of
International Affairs at Carleton University. She collects books, enjoys culture
and is inordinately fond of Jessica Fletcher. |

Rachel provides legal counsel for Realosophy. Currently practicing
in the area of real estate law, she is an associate lawyer at Sotos LLP in
Toronto. Rachel holds a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto and a LL.B. from
the University of Windsor. She loves gardening, photography and photographing
her garden. |
