Three years ago, we were consumers looking to buy a home. What we found was a market crowded
with agents and few, if any, client service standards. We were surprised to learn that most
national brokerages focus on getting agents – not serving clients. Brokerages weren’t in the
business of setting service standards for their agents. So who could we trust? And how could
we get the experience we wanted?
We built Realosophy because we believe that agents can and should provide the quality of
service we expect from other professionals in our lives. We needed helpful advice for our
particular situation, however complicated or far from someone else’s ideal. We also liked
doing our homework. When we couldn’t find the consumer online information and planning
tools we needed, we built realosophy.com – and you asked us for more.
